1. General Terms
These terms and conditions govern all transactions between Signature Supplies and our customers. By placing an order with us, you accept these terms as legally binding.

Signature Supplies commits to fulfilling orders as per the written specifications provided by customers and agreed upon in writing. Any deviations or modifications requested by the customer must be submitted in writing, and additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the change.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment for goods must be made at the time of order unless alternative terms have been explicitly agreed upon.

• If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, Signature Supplies reserves the right to apply interest charges at a rate of 8% per annum from the invoice date.

• Ownership of goods remains with Signature Supplies until full payment is received and cleared.

3. Order Modifications

• Any changes to the order (e.g., design, customisation, or artwork) must be requested in writing.

• Signature Supplies will endeavor to accommodate these changes but may apply additional charges and adjust delivery timelines accordingly.

• Orders involving new artwork will not proceed until artwork approval is provided by the customer.

4. Returns & Refunds Policy

• Returns are accepted solely at Signature Supplies’ discretion unless the return is due to an error on our part.

• Custom or personalised goods (including embroidered or printed items) cannot be returned unless faulty.

• Products must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

• Non-compliant returns may be rejected or subject to a repackaging fee.

• Customers must notify Signature Supplies within 48 hours of receiving goods if there is an issue with their order.

• Returns may take up to 15 working days to process.

5. Product Accuracy & VAT Exemptions

• Product images are for illustration purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, colours may vary slightly from those displayed on the website.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring they qualify for VAT exemptions on applicable products. Signature Supplies assumes individual use unless informed otherwise.

6. Cancellation & Order Refusals

• Signature Supplies reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion. This includes but is not limited to orders containing:

  • Inappropriate, offensive, or discriminatory content

  • Copyrighted material, slogans, or graphics without proper authorisation

• Customers may cancel orders before production begins. Once production starts, cancellations may not be accepted, and refunds may not be provided.

7. Delivery Policy

• Orders are subject to stock availability.

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

• Customers must inspect all deliveries upon receipt and report any shortages, damages, or errors within 48 hours.

• If an order is marked as delivered but goes missing after being left in a designated safe place (as per customer instruction), Signature Supplies accepts no responsibility for lost goods.

• Customers are advised to check parcels in the presence of the delivery person and report any visible damage immediately.

8. Liability & Dispute Resolution

• Signature Supplies is not liable for indirect losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, business disruption, or consequential damages.

• Any disputes arising from these terms will be governed by UK law and handled within the jurisdiction of UK courts.

• These terms do not override any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
