Terms & Conditions

Basic Terms & Conditions and Returns Policy

  • These terms apply to all agreements made between Signature Apparel Ltd (“Signature”) and its customers.
  • Signature commits to fulfilling customer requests based on written specifications provided by the customer.
  • Payment for goods is due at the time of order. If payment isn’t received by the end of the month following delivery, interest of 8% per annum will accrue from the invoice date.
  • Ownership of goods remains with Signature until full payment is received, meaning cleared funds for the entire order.
  • If the customer wishes to alter the design, artwork, or other order aspects, they must submit a written request to Signature. Signature will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these changes but may charge additional fees and notify the customer of costs at that time. Changes may also affect delivery timelines. Orders needing new artwork will not begin until the customer approves the design.
  • Signature retains discretion over whether to accept returned goods, except when returns are due to Signature’s failure to deliver as per the order. Returns are not allowed for items that have been customized or used.
  • These terms apply to all orders and agreements, including repeat orders.
  • Any disputes arising under these terms or the contract will be resolved under English law.
  • Signature reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed online or by phone.
  • These terms do not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
  • The use of discount codes is at Signature’s discretion.
  • Colours displayed may not match actual garment colours, and customers should refer to the sizing guide for accuracy. Contact us for any inquiries.
  • Products marked as VAT-exempt may have specific conditions for qualification. For example, individual purchases of safety footwear not for employees may be exempt, while employee purchases require VAT. Customers must inform Signature if their purchases are subject to VAT.

Signature Returns Policy

  • Customers can return items within 28 days of delivery if they are in original packaging and suitable for resale. Return shipping costs will be covered for exchanges or refunds if the return is due to our error or faulty material. Processing returns may take up to 15 working days.
  • Returns are not accepted for:
    • Customized, embroidered, or printed goods.
    • Items assembled per customer specifications.
    • Special orders that do not belong to our standard range (e.g. Bespoke garments).
  • Signature may attempt to repair or collect any garments before issuing a replacement.
  • These conditions do not affect statutory rights.
  • If items arrive with production or manufacturing issues, Signature reserves the right to rectify these before issuing a refund, at its sole discretion.

Delivery

  • All goods are subject to availability. Delivery is considered complete at the customer’s premises unless stated otherwise.
  • While we strive to deliver on time, we cannot be held responsible for late or missed deliveries.
  • Any shortages, damages, production errors, or non-delivery must be reported by phone within 48 hours and confirmed in writing within 3 working days of dispatch.
  • Signature is not liable for items that are lost or damaged when left in specified collection spots by the courier (e.g., behind a bin).
  • Claims for shortages or non-delivery require supporting documents, including the courier’s proof of delivery and a delivery note indicating any issues.
  • All deliveries should be carefully checked upon receipt to ensure correct items are delivered, as we cannot accept responsibility for any discrepancies afterward.
  • Any damaged parcels should be inspected in front of the courier and signed for accordingly.
