Not completely satisfied? Return it, and we’ll make it right!
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re unhappy with any of our products, contact us to arrange a replacement or refund.
Let us handle it
If you have received the wrong item/s or your items are faulty, leave it to us to arrange collection for return.
- 1. Contact us by phone or email with your order number
- 2. We’ll send you a free return note, which you need to return your garments
- 3. Return the unworn garments to us in their original packaging
- 4. Leave the rest to us! We’ll provide a full refund to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the returned items

If we can’t accept a return
We’re happy to replace any faulty customized items. However, as customized products are made to order, we cannot accept returns unless there is a fault. Please take your time when designing your custom clothing before submitting it for production.
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened underwear, lingerie, control wear, hosiery, or swimwear unless the item is faulty. Items may be exchanged or refunded only if hygiene strips and tags remain intact, and the original packaging is unopened and unmarked.
Please note
You have 28 days from receiving your order to request a return. Once this period has passed, items cannot be returned unless faulty. Priority deliveries paid for when ordering are customer preference. Unless goods returned are faulty, delivery surcharges cannot be refunded.
